CETCO Oilfield Services is an environmental service company specializing in the treatment of wastewaters in the Oil and Gas Industry. With headquarters in the USA, they employ over 500 dedicated personnel worldwide. They are currently looking for electrical and instrument engineer. Those are with engineering qualification may enroll for a job interview.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all electrical and instrument matters related to the various projects being undertaken by the company.
- Assist project team in preparing scope of work and liaise with customers on technical matters.
- Prepare and evaluate technical reports and proposals.
- Responsible for preparing technical documentations such as specifications, drawings and schematics, layout drawings, functional design specification, cable schedule, installation, testing and commissioning procedures, operating and maintenance manuals.
- Prepare Requisition/Specification for electrical systems and equipment.
- Review technical documentation prepared by sub-contractors.
- Work closely with cross functional teams and vendors on projects.
- Assist sales team in evaluating enquiries and prepare technical proposals.
- Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing electrical projects, preferably in oil and gas industry.
- Good design knowledge and experience on low voltage electrical distribution system, motor control centres, cable sizing, transformers, switch boards, diesel generator sets, earthing.
- Familiar with local and international codes and standards.
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, instrumentation and safety instrumented systems will be an advantage.
- Possess good written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Able to interact with different level of people.
- Able to travel within short notice.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
